Pass Black Rock, the Sheraton cliff dive point, Whaler's Village, and multiple resort frontages. Flat, scenic, and convenient — start right from your hotel.
Kapalua Coastal Trail
Easy oceanfront trail between Kapalua Bay and D.T. Fleming Beach. Paved, flat, and stunning — perfect for a morning jog with ocean views and whale spotting in January. Can extend by running D.T. Fleming Beach at the north end. 10-min drive from Ka'anapali.
Waihee Ridge Trail (Hike)
Maui's best moderate ridge hike. Well-maintained trail climbs through forest to a ridgeline with panoramic views of Waihee Valley, the ocean, and West Maui Mountains. The reward at the top is a 360° viewpoint. Can be muddy — trail shoes recommended. Cooler and windier at the ridge.
